Junior makes his senior debut.
It was a proud day today as former junior Finlay Cross-Adair made his professional debut for his boyhood club Preston North End.
17-year-old Finn, was picked up by PNE as a Longridge player before progressing through the club’s Academy ranks and came off the bench today against Stoke City at Deepdale to make his professional debut.
We are proud to have had Finn at our club and it is proof that dreams can come true if you believe in yourself and put the work in.
Jeremy Riding, who coached Finn as an under 10 said "Its unbelievable, he played for me for 5 years. I always played him in defence or midfield. His greatest assett though was his pace"
Finn has kept in touch with the juniors for which his younger brother still plays and was on hand at this year's presentation to present trophies.
Well done Finn, you truly deserve this.
