Chair – Rachel Lancaster
As Chair, I help guide the overall direction of the club and support the committee in making decisions that are right for everyone involved. I chair our committee meetings and AGM, making sure all voices are heard and that we continue to move forward together.I also work on the club’s long-term plans, including sponsorship opportunities, funding applications, and ideas that will help the club grow and thrive. Another important part of my role is representing the club within the local community and building positive relationships with local authorities, businesses, and the County FA.
Club Welfare Officer (CWO) – Rafaela Silva
As Club Welfare Officer, my main priority is making sure our club is a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable place for all players, especially our under-18s. I help ensure that everyone involved with the club understands their safeguarding responsibilities and follows our Child Protection Policy.I also support the administration of FA DBS checks and make sure coaches and volunteers complete the required safeguarding training. If any safeguarding concerns arise, I’m the first point of contact and will work closely with the County FA to make sure they are dealt with appropriately and confidentially.
Secretary – Nicky Hall
As Secretary, I help keep the club organised and running smoothly behind the scenes. I’m the main point of contact between the club, the League, and the County FA, and I manage important paperwork such as club affiliation and player registrations.I also handle official correspondence, support our managers with administrative tasks, and help process any disciplinary matters. In addition, I organise committee meetings, take minutes, and maintain the club’s records so that everything is up to date and easy to access when needed.
Treasurer – Gary Peacock
As Treasurer, I look after the club’s finances and help make sure we remain financially healthy and sustainable. I prepare and monitor the annual budget and keep accurate records of all money coming in and going out of the club.I collect player subscriptions, arrange payments such as league fees, fines, and match official expenses, and help ensure everything is paid on time. I also support fundraising activities and look for opportunities to bring in additional funds that can help improve the club and support future development.
